ARBITRADE contributes to the Handbook on Third Party Funding in International Arbitration
Counsel of ARBITRADE Anastasiya Grenyuk and Of Counsel Yuliya Chernykh contributed a chapter to the Handbook on Third Party Funding in International Arbitration edited by Nikolaus Pitkowitz and published by Juris Publishing. The goal of the publication was to study and address the central issues around third party funding and to provide guidance to legal practitioners when confronted with third-party funding in international arbitration. Apart from addressing the general issues, the Handbook contains country-specific reports on the legal regulation relevant to third party funding in 25 jurisdictions. ARBITRADE has contributed the chapter on Ukraine to the publication.
The Handbook on Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration was created through the collaboration of the ABA Section of International Law – International Arbitration Committee, the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) and the Centre on Regulation, Ethics and Rule of Law at Queen Mary, University of London.
