ARBITRADE’s article “Interim measures at the stage of recognition and enforcement of international arbitral awards on the territory of Ukraine: practical concerns” has been published in the 2012 official publication of the Association for International Arbitration (AIA)

In 2012, the Association for International Arbitration has published the seventh journal titled “Arbitration in CIS Countries: Current Issues” of its official series started back in 2007.

The 2012 edition has been fully devoted to the analysis of the state of law as well as news of arbitral practice in CIS countries.

The edition includes ARBITRADE’s article “Interim measures at the stage of recognition and enforcement of international arbitral awards on the territory of Ukraine: practical concerns.” The article is dedicated the to the analysis of the availability and effect of interim measures in support of international arbitration, in particular, at the stage of recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards on the territory of Ukraine.

The article highlights the non-comprehensive regime of interim measures available in Ukraine to parties to international arbitral proceedings and provides proposals intended to address the existing regime.
