Yuliya Chernykh has been included onto the Approved Faculty List of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) is the world’s leading professional body for promoting the settlement of disputes by arbitration, mediation and other private dispute resolution methods. Founded in 1915, CIArb was granted a Royal Charter in 1979. It is the only membership body that covers the entire range of private dispute resolution methods on a global scale.
According to CIArb Faculty Regulation, a faculty member is a CIArb member who is highly experienced individual with a public commitment to the profession of private dispute resolution. A faculty member works with CIArb to deliver modules and associated assessments. A member seeking to be involved in CIArb training courses must go through stringent quality assurance processes to be approved and be entered onto an Approved Faculty List (AFL) for a specific role and module.
