Yuliya Chernykh speaks at the Legal High School
Yuliya Chernykh, Of counsel of ARBITRADE, has given a series of lectures within the framework of the Litigation Practice School of the “Legal High School” educational platform. The lectures were part of the “International Arbitration and Cross-border Disputes: Best Practices” block.
Yuliya has spoken on the topics of the choice and appointment of arbitrators in GAFTA (Grain and Feed Trade Association) and FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations) arbitrations and enforcement of GAFTA and FOSFA awards. Yuliya has also given lectures on the topics of changes to the new arbitration rules of ICAC at the UCCI, as well as the application of the Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods in the practice of ICAC at the UCCI.
Legal High School is a new educational platform which started its operation in January 2018 and is directed at enhancing the knowledge of practicing lawyers. The school uses an innovational IT format which allows viewing the classes online. The lecturers of the school are partners of leading Ukrainian law firms, heads of legal departments of prominent companies, judges of senior courts and civil servants.
