Yuliya Chernykh spoke at the III International Arbitration Readings
Yuliya Chernykh, of Counsel of ARBITRADE, spoke at the III International Arbitration Readings in Memory of Academician Igor Pobirchenko, which took place on 13 November 2015 at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The subject of Yuliya’s presentation was “Application of the CISG and National Law in Determination of Damages”.
The III International Arbitration Readings took place under the auspices of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and were devoted to the topic of applicable law in international commercial arbitration, and the practice of application of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The International Arbitration Readings are an annual conference held by the International Commercial Arbitration Court and the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Speakers and attendees of the conference include academics and arbitration practitioners, as well as judges of national courts.
