Ivan Vashchynets

Ivan Vashchynets is the Partner of ARBITRADE specializing in the area of civil law, commercial law, private international law, as well as IP law. Ivan has over 20 years of experience in litigation and international arbitration in high profile disputes. He is also engaged in scientific and teaching activities as an Associate Professor at the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Ivan is a member of the Committee on Agrarian and Land law of the Ukrainian National Bar Association. Ivan authored a textbook on civil law and numerous articles on civil and commercial law, he also co-authored a number of monographs.
